The Arc provides educational opportunities for parents, caregivers and professionals to manage the gamut of intellectual disability-related issues. Seminars are held in Collin, Dallas and Rockwall counties.

The Arc stays current on State and Federal mandates as well as the latest trends on issues related to those with IDD. Education topics include Guardianship, Social Security Income, Special Needs Trusts, IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act), Behavior Management, Social Skills Training, Options after High School, and more. Seminars are held throughout Collin, Dallas and Rockwall counties in collaboration with community partners.
